Botanische Staatssammlung München – 200th Anniversary
In 1813, Maximilian I Joseph von Bayern, King of Bavaria, founded the Botanische Staatssammlung München as an institution to preserve and curate the Royal herbarium. On this 200th Anniversary occasion two symposia are organized, with support from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the Botanischer Garten München-Nymphenburg:
